MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
DECEMBER 7, 2009
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, Blue Neils, Clifford Johnsen and Attorney Johnson. Absent was James Bennett.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve the October 5, 2009 regular Meeting Minutes as written, seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
There were no new or pending applications for the board to review this month.
Lynn Waite reminded all board members of the Saratoga county planning & Zoning Conference to be held on January 25, 2010 at the Saratoga Hilton. Any member wishing to attend will need to advise Monty Thomas as registration forms will need to be completed.
Kathy St.John made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m., seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
